Few months back,Adi Shankaracharya n His "Bhaja Govindam" has taken me back to a memory rather a Myth called "Mahanayak UttamKumar" n his role in 'Sanyasi Raja'.
I was very small when i went to a cinema hall at Hathibagan to watch the film.
The very line n that very appearance of the Sanyasi was registered in my memory so deeply that whenever i listen to the recitation "Bhaja Govindam" my mind melts in that.
Hav written a blog once on this very topic, and probably, my spiritual journey too started with that very hymn...
But this blog,this story, this experience is bit different.
'Jatiswar' is the recurnation... Memory of past birth that is carried forward upto the next birth.The movie and the memory of childhood fr another movie both are identical, with their uniqueness.
Got to see the film on this 26th in Star Theater, A hall where one of my relative,another Chatterjee,Hiralal played several roles and during childhood, my father used to show us his oil painting there hanging on the wall in his remembrance.
Was watching the film.I dont see movies so often, but frm the very beginning with the beautiful presentation, acting, cinematography n the unique story didnt allow my eyes to look into the surrounding even fr a moment.
And then that moment, we all were spell bound. Another face in similar get up,, different,still the same with the great quality acting as the role is live !!

Two of the Greatest Actors,in different Make Over n roles, Two generations But both the MahaNayaks leave the same vibration of that very divinity throught their great artwork with the same messege " Kono tofat naire bhai ".....
