Gurudev says :

Meditation is when the mind is alert and all other organs are in deep rest.
Meditation is not going somewhere ;
it's diving deep inside .... this moment .

ধ্যান তখনই লাগে,
যখন মনের জ্যোতি জাগে;
আর সমস্ত অঙ্গপ্রত্যঙ্গ নেয় গভীর বিশ্রাম ।
ধ্যান নয়কো কোথাও যাওয়া,
ধ্যান নিজ গভীরে ডুব দেওয়া;
এখনি নিজ অন্তরে খুঁজে নেওয়া প্রাণের-আরাম ।

If you are not having good experiences in Meditation , then do more Seva - you will get merit and your meditation will be deeper.

Seva brings merit, merit allows you to go deep into meditation ; meditation brings back your smile !

যদি না পাও ধ্যানে তোমার কাম্য অভিজ্ঞতা ,
জোর দাও সেবায় যা বাড়াবে ধ্যানের  'অনুভব-পাত্রতা' ।

সেবার দ্বারাই হবে তোমার সে  যোগ্যতা অর্জন;
গভীর হবে ধ্যান, হবে হাসি-আনন্দের পুনরাগমন । 

Pleasure simply brings more craving. But, we try to get contentment through pleasure.
True contentment can only come through service.

সুখ জাগায় সুখ-চাহিদা মনে আরো আরো ,
সুখ-ই সন্তুষ্টিলাভের চাবি তোমরা মনে করো ।।

জেনো মনে 'সুখ' কখনো আনেনা সন্তুষ্টি ,
সেবাই উপায় আনন্দের, সেবাতেই আসে তৃপ্তি ।।

When you make service the sole purpose in life, it eliminates fear, focuses your mind, and gives you meaning.
Be grateful for any opportunity to do seva.

সেবা যখন জীবনের প্রধান লক্ষ্য হয়
আর থাকেনা ভয়, মন একমুখী হয় ।

জীবন খুঁজে পায় এ জীবনের মানেখান,
কৃতজ্ঞ থেকো পেলে অবসর করতে সেবাদান । 

Behind everything is your ego: I, I.
But in seva there is no I, because it has to be done for someone else.
Seva is just an expression for our inner love.

সব ঘটনার পিছনে থাকে কেবল অহংকার ;
সেবা নিঃস্বার্থ, তাতে আমিত্ব থাকেনা আর ।

সেবা অপরের তরে-তাতে থাকেনা নিজের জন্য কোনো আশ ,
সেবা আমাদের অন্তরের ভালোবাসারই  বহিঃপ্রকাশ ।

Success is an attitude, not a phenomenon.
The sign of success is an everlasting smile.

'সাফল্য' এক মনোভাব মাত্র,
নয় রে ঘটনা;
অক্ষয় হাসি-ই সাফল্যের চিহ্ন,
অন্য কোন কিছুনা ।
